There is some big money being thrown around in Ontario regarding OSEA, CanWEA, etc. Even though it receives millions of grants, from government with virtually no accountability, OSEA refuses to reveal even the basic details of their financial records. Silver was caught lying on his lobbyist registration for CanWEA and other environmental groups. I tell ya, we got the cream of the crop on opportunitist swindlers in these lobbyists. Their green "halos" make them feel invincible. Did you know that Trillium Foundation monies (meant for charities and hospitals) is now going DIRECTLY to wind developers with the help of OSEA?

Interesting post. I now know better to discount Silver's opinions.

You are obviously better skilled at navigating the lobbyist registry than I am.

Not being fully aware of the Ontario rules, I am surprised that none of the staff of the Ontario Sustainable Energy Association is listed on the registry. It is ludicrous to think that OSEA Executive Director Kristopher Stevens would not be not listed, although Silver is listed as representing them. What's with that?

Anonymous - Thanks I found three spelling errors that have been corrected. I note with irony the typo in your statement - but I guess if your anonymous it's not like you lose anymore credibility right because folks already take anonymous comments with a grain of salt.
