Guildwood has a great community spirit. Politicians and corporate interests may think they can blithely steamroll over the common people, but they are going to find out the hard way that the people aren't so common after all. As PS said, thanks John for educating us all.

I didn't know that so many people were as passionate about their position as they were. The animated dicussions between participants and attendees was truly heartening. The visiting councilors certainly got an eyeful and earful from many of the attendees. Absolutely a great event.

In direct contrast to the Hydro-sponsored meetings, it was amazing to hear questions being considered and answered, with chances for follow-up questions and comments: actual consultation and discussion took place. Another huge difference was the positive energy to the meeting, with people sharing information, ideas and support. Thanks, John, for all your amazing work on behalf of the community.
