We have been fighting for the survival of our homes and community for almost a year now from being destroyed by industrialization of our beautiful valley by SkyPower and "friends" in the two levels of Government. Your blog should go a long way in "educating" folks who have been "scammed" and lied to by various "green groups' that really only have one motive in mind here and that is making money off a really bad idea! Unbelievable!

I wanted to point out that since 11am when I reported wind was producing 94 megawatts, it has fallen every hour to 25 megawatts as of 7pm according to The Independent Electricity Operator. The $400 Million dollar project that was supplying that one megawatt, appears to have gotten shy with the attention and is now operating at 0% capacity and has not produced anything for the last eight hours. Of 25 megawatts currently being supplied to the grid Port Burwell is responsible for 12 megawatts of that power. As a Guildwood resident, the more questions I ask about this proposed wind power project off the Bluffs, the less I like the idea. It sure doesn't help when the various "experts" who we rely on keep giving us limited data, seem to want to restrict discussion, or lack answers to legitimate questions raised by community members.
